Reservations:

Summer Rates: Weeks only Saturday to Saturday starting June 8 - August 17, 2013 Summer rates start Memorial Day weekend and end after Labor Day weekend.

Spring Rates: Before Memorial Day weekend.

Fall Rates: After Labor day weekend.

Cottages are not limited to weekly rental during the Spring and Fall season.

Deposits: We request a 3 day minimum deposit on a one week reservation. Cash or checks only. We do not accept credit cards.

Check-In: Check in time after 3:00 P.M.

Upon arrival balance can be paid by cash or check only. We do not accept credit cards. Check out time before 10:00 A.M. Please leave key in cottage.

Refund & Reservation Policy: Deposit refunded if days reserved filled in full. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for all days reserved.

Extra Persons: Cottages are rated for the number of persons listed. Each additional person $12.00. We charge for all children. We will charge $5.00 per person each day you have a guest visit you.

Office: We DO NOT sell fishing licenses, bait or groceries in the office. We do not accept credit cards.

Sorry: We DO NOT allow fireworks on the resort grounds an any time.
